Fusion...

We just recived are new project where we have to take two project from other people an fuse them to make one great project. My people are Jessica Crews and Jazmine Hairston. These links are more for me to find it faster but if ou would like to look at there work feel free.

These were some of my thumbnails for what I was going to do with this product.


The images above are what I started with. They are my middle ground. I took the egg products form both people and tried to make them interlock with each other where they would look good together and I believe that this iteration does a good job of doing that.


These images lean a little more twoards Jessica's product. Instead of weaving the the paper around my ring i made it more tiled loooking but still a nice product. A more structerd apperance is what I was going twoards with it.



This iteration was designed to lean a little bit more twoards Jazmines side. I wasn't really sure how to do this so I decided to try to weave the paper around the pieces holding it up. I believe that it works really well at bringing the caotic ways in to the iteration better but wether the over all effect works is still
questionable.

my memory box:D

Ok so this memory was based on my very first trip to the beach with my family. We were walking on the beach and randomly enough we happend to see these huge sea turtles making there way back to the water. I was just going to do a turtle shell and make the idea more about that, but then it was suggested to me that I should think about hidding the turtle away somehow to show the suprise that I felt when I saw them. So that is what I did, I hid Bob inside of the box.:D poor sad hidden Bob:(

O yea the bottom box was my attempt to paper mache and make it look more like sand but that didn't work out so well and the top box is my final product.

Sweeetttt my pencil box!!!

This box was origanlly made using foam core board...which sucked...so thanks to the help of the people surrounding me i was able to change it to cardboard...and come out with this pencil box.

NO MORE EGGS!!!!!

These are just a few pictures of my final egg project. I feel that it turned out really well and it looks a lot better in pictures then in person.
