A New Sunrise

It is that time again,
When darkness grows thin
A light begins to take over.
Everything is behind us,
It is time to start fresh,
To forget the past,
And to move towards the future.
It is a new day
In a brand new year,
Things have never seemed so clear.
Some people are making resolutions,
Others are sick of looking for solutions,
I on the other hand,
Know better.
